MORE THAN A 200 Hour YTT

This program is more than a regular 200-hour yoga certification. We have integrative ancient wisdom teachings that are covered in the training of the mat so you can also teach more authentically. All of our teachers have decades of experience in personal practice and through the lens of application. Students have the opportunity to receive teachings throughout the week, to ask Lead & Assistant Trainers questions, or work on asana or energetic practice of alignment.

We have different topics of yoga including trauma-informed yoga, yoga for all bodies and skill levels, diversity and inclusion in the yoga industry, starting a yoga business, safety applications, hands on assists adjustments, and more. Each weekend is a different subject/lecture and practice, they are all recorded so you can come back to it to review and apply more if needed.

We are committed to being a fully integrative and supportive yoga training, realizing this is not your average yoga training, this is an integrative infinite experience, that always continues to grow with you, just like your yoga practice should evolve with you, this is enhancing your energetic body and spirit to grow as One with the elements and all beings of Light. For those wanting to to go through the 300-hour yoga program, the 200-hour program is a pre-requisite required.
