Description

I instruct a Traditional Kundalini Sadhana Yoga Class for you. We do the class together. I teach you skill, proper form, and technique, and support your experience and transitions. This is a morning ritual done at 4:30/5a.m. I can teach this class at another time for you and then you carry on the classes yourself in the mornings, or we schedule video calls or in person privates early mornings. A discovery call at first is necessary.

My 300 hour Yoga teacher training was a part of Kundalini Yoga.

Also my 50 Hour Buti Yoga teaching training also was taught Kundalini Yoga.

I also have done the Kundalini Sadhana for 90 days recommended to change your life and energy, and it did change my life!

Kundalini Sadhana is a daily spiritual practice that involves consistent, dedicated effort to awaken and harmonize the body, mind, and spirit through practices like Kundalini yoga, meditation, and chanting. The goal is to cultivate discipline, break old patterns, and connect with a deeper sense of self, often focusing on a specific kriya (set of exercises) for a period like 40 days to create new habits and a profound shift in awareness. A basic practice might include tuning in with the mantra “Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo,” performing specific kriyas, and concluding with the chant “Sat Nam”. 

Components of a Kundalini Sadhana
    • Tune-in mantra: A traditional starting point is chanting “Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo” three times to connect with the lineage and the teacher within.
    • 23 Kriyas: These are specific sets of exercises, meditations, and breathing techniques designed to achieve a particular effect.
  • Pranayama: Breathing techniques, such as “Breath of Fire,” are often incorporated to build energy and clear the mind.
  • Mantra and chanting: Mantras, like “Sat Nam,” are used to focus the mind and connect with the divine.
  • Meditation: Various forms of meditation are practiced to cultivate stillness and awareness.
  • Closing: A typical closing involves chanting “Sat Nam” one to three times.
